Inviting people from your company to join Matrak is the first step you want to take when your account is live so that they can access the project.

To invite someone to join your company, select the:

  • My Company” tab on the left side menu

  • Then the “User Management” tab at the top of the screen.

    • Here you will see all members that have been invited to Matrak from your company, including people that have requested access.

  • Click the ‘Invite new user’ button on the top right of the page to invite a new colleague/s

  • The Invite New User pop up will appear, where you can:

    • Enter your colleague's company email address

    • Choose their User Role

    • Select which projects you’d like to add them on

    • Update their project permissions
