To filter data on the Custom Reports page, click on the filter icon on the far right of your navigation bar.
This will bring up the 'Filter by' dropdown, including a handy type to search bar.
You can type to search and filter by any descriptions within your Record Types.
If you would like to search by Record Type an individual record type, simply select the checkbox for 'Record Type' and it will bring up a second search field where you can type to search through all your record types.
