Below you’ll find an overview of the latest enhancements to the Matrak Mobile App. These updates focus on two main areas: the Drawings page and the Related tab. We’ve also introduced support for longer IDs. Our aim is to make it easier for you to find, filter, and update your project items in bulk.

Long or complex IDs are now fully visible, no more cut-offs or truncation.
Step-by-Step: Using the New Features
1. Filtering Items on the Drawings Page
Open a Project in the Matrak Mobile App and go to the Drawings page.
Look for the Filter Button in the top-right corner.
Choose a Record Type (e.g., FFE) or All Record Types if you’d like to see everything.
(Optional) Enter an ID in the search field to narrow down the results further.
Tap Show Results to apply your chosen filters.
Tip: If you’re unsure which record type you need, simply select All to get a broad overview.
2. Working in the Related Tab
Head to a location or item with multiple related records.
Tap the Related tab to see your grouped items by record type (e.g., Window Wall, Facade Cladding, Door).
Expand any record type group to see the individual items.
Use the check marks to select one or multiple items.
Update Status for all selected items at once—no more repetitive, one-by-one updates.
Tip: Use the Search Field at the top to find specific IDs when the list is long.
3. Viewing Long IDs
If you’re dealing with items that have lengthy IDs, the Matrak Mobile App will now show them in full. No extra steps needed—simply navigate to your item, and the entire ID will be visible.
FAQs
• Can I filter by multiple record types at once?
Currently, you can pick one record type at a time or show all record types together.
• Why don’t I see the new filter button?
Make sure you’ve updated to the latest version of the Matrak Mobile App. If issues persist, try reinstalling or contact our support team.
• Are there any limits to how many items I can update in bulk?
There’s no strict limit, but we recommend updating items in manageable batches for clarity.
• Does the Related tab’s search support partial matches?
Yes. Typing part of an ID will pull up all items containing that sequence.
