Make sure your company details are always up-to-date.
Whether you need to view and update any of your company details such as name, ACN or primary email — updating your company information is a quick and easy process that can be done through the 'My Company' page.
In this article, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to update your company details in Matrak's Material Tracking software.
Note: This feature is only available for users with Admin access only.
Step-by-step instructions on how to update company details:
To update your company details, first navigate to the 'My Company' page which can be found under the drop down menu next to your name in the top right hand corner.
Once there, you'll be able to update your company information including:
Primary company contact name
Primary company contact phone number
Primary company contact email
Don't forget to hit the 'Submit' button after you've updated the information to complete the update process.
Note: You can only access and update your account details via matrak's web application.
