Make sure your account details are always up-to-date.

Whether you need to view and update any your user details such as name, password or phone number — you can do so easily and securely from within your 'My account' page.

Updating your contact information in the Account Settings

Updating your contact information from your account settings page is quick and easy.

To update these details from the 'My account' page navigate to the 'Account settings' section at the top of the page.

Once there, you can change your name, email address, or phone number to ensure that you receive important notifications and stay connected with your team and stay up-to-date and connected with ease.

Updating your password

Updating your password in Matrak's construction material tracking software is a simple process that can help you keep your account secure.

Whether you've forgotten your password or want to change it for security reasons, you can easily update your password in just a few clicks.

To update your password, from to the 'My Account' page and navigate to the 'Update password' section.

Once there, enter your current password along with your desired new password, and confirm the new password by retyping it. Finally, select the 'Submit' button to complete the password update process.

Turning on your weekly reports

If you're looking to keep track of the status and checkpoints of your projects, Matraks Material Tracking Software offers the convenient feature of weekly email reports.

These automated reports can be customized to include any statuses or checkpoints that you need to stay on top of.

To activate weekly email reports, simply follow these steps:

  1. From the 'My Account' page, scroll down to the 'Weekly Reports' section located at the bottom of the page.

  2. Toggle the button on to enable the weekly reports feature.

  3. Once you have enabled the feature, a new text box will appear allowing you to select the statuses that you want to include in your weekly report.

  4. Choose the relevant status/es from the drop-down menu and click 'Add' to add them to the report. Repeat this process for any additional statuses that you wish to include.

  5. If you want to add more than one report, click on the 'Add another report' text and a new report entry will appear. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each additional report that you create.

Note: All weekly reports must have at lease one status to report on which you can choose from the drop down menu.
