Step-by-step instructions for displaying the Quantites column in your Custom Reports
Firstly, make sure/add numeric descriptions to record types on the 'Edit Records' page that you wish to perform the calculation function in your reports for
Note: Ensure your description field is a numerical value in order for the calculation functionality to be enabledNavigate to the custom reports page
Turn on the 'Group By' function and choose your descriptions. This will display a new view of grouped records view based on your chosen selection
Note: The group by function needs to be selected in order for the calculation functionality to be enabled on your reportSelect the ‘Hide columns’ button on the top left corner of your report
Select the descriptions created or selected from step 1 - this will add a new column in your report
Click the three dots in the first cell next to the column header's
You will see an ‘aggregation’ drop down that will have a list of calculation functionalities you can select from: Sum, Max, Min, and Avg.
Choose an aggregation method to display your data as per your selection.
