Welcome to this guide on managing your pending orders with user-level access. If you ever need to modify or cancel your orders, you're in the right place. We'll provide you with a step-by-step walkthrough to help streamline your order management tasks. Take a moment to familiarise yourself with these steps to ensure efficient management of your orders.

Step one: Navigate to the orders page

Under the "All Orders" section, you'll find a comprehensive list of your orders categorised into drafts, pending approval, approved, complete, rejected, or canceled. To view orders of a specific status, simply navigate to the relevant category.

Now, let's move on to the 'Pending Approval' section.

Step two: View your pending orders

Within the 'Pending Approval' section, you'll discover orders that are currently in the approval process. You have the option to apply additional filters for sorting orders based on your own submissions, specific users, or orders from particular projects.

To access the order details, click on 'View order'. In this view order screen, you have the option to include additional comments for the order approval process. Administrators who are tasked with reviewing the order will be notified via email of any changes or comments you submit.

Step three: Making changes to your order

To make modifications to the items in your order, you must return your order to the 'draft' status. This ensures that the approver cannot approve your order while you are still making changes. To do this, simply change the order status to 'Draft,' then proceed to make your desired adjustments. You can go back to the Custom Reports page to make these changes and subsequently resubmit your order.

Step four: Cancelling your order

If you ever need to cancel your pending order, you have two options available. You can either select the order by checking the checkbox in the row and then use the action bar to choose 'Cancel order.' Alternatively, you can click into the order to view its details and utilise the 'Cancel order' button located at the bottom of the order page if you require more specific order information.

Note: It's important to note that only you, as the order creator, have the authority to cancel an order you have created.

Step five: View your approved, rejected or completed orders.

To view orders of a specific status, simply navigate to the relevant category eg 'approved', 'rejected' or 'completed'.
