How to Delete Your Account
- Step 1: Open the Matrak Mobile App on your Android or iPhone.
- Step 2: From the Home screen, locate and tap on the "More" menu.
- Step 3: In the menu that appears, select the "Delete account" option.
That's it! You've successfully deleted your Matrak account.
Data Deletion Details
Following the account deletion request, all of your personal data tied to the account will be immediately and permanently erased from our servers. This includes:

Phone number
