Deleting records in Matrak is a straightforward process that allows you to manage your data efficiently. Whether you need to remove outdated information, eliminate duplicates, or simply declutter your records, our platform offers a user-friendly interface to facilitate seamless record deletion.

With just a few clicks, you can easily navigate to you 'Explore' page from Matrak's web application to select the specific records you want to delete.

Step-by-step instructions on how to delete records

  1. Log into your Matrak account and select the appropriate project from the web application.

  2. From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to the 'Explore' page.

  3. To narrow down your search, you can easily filter your search for specific material records you are looking for

  4. Once you have applied the necessary filters, a list of material records matching your criteria will be displayed.

  5. From the list, select the material(s) records you wish to delete.

  6. In the top right-hand corner of the page, click on the three dots to access additional options.

  7. From the dropdown list, choose 'Delete Records'.

  8. A confirmation pop-up will appear, asking if you want to proceed with the deletion of the selected records. To confirm the deletion, click 'yes.'

By following these steps, you can efficiently delete records in Matrak, ensuring your data remains up to date and organized.
