Step by step instructions to search for materials from the Explore Page

  1. To start your search, you can navigate to the 'Explore page'

  2. On the left hand side of the page select 'Explore' and a drop down list will appear with a few options to explore.

  3. Select from the list or select 'All Records' to search all records in your project

  4. A pop up window will appear. Select the specific material type from the dropdown list OR search for all materials on your project.

  5. If you select a specific material type, a pop up will appear where you can further filter your search by any of the fields that belong to that material.

  6. This will bring you to a list view of your materials, where you can update or export the results.

  7. You can also make certain columns visible or hidden via the cog button [⚙︎] in the top right hand corner of the page.

Tip: Clicking on the column headings will sort all records by the respective column description values in ascending alphabetical/numerical order. Clicking the same column heading again will sort all records in descending order.
