Exporting and sharing your interactive color-coded drawings is a hassle-free experience in Matrak. Use the interactive drawings 'Share' feature to efficiently distribute Matrak data to team members.

To export your drawings and facilitate easy sharing, follow these simple steps:
Access your Matrak dashboard and navigate to the 'Plans/Drawings' page located in the left sidebar menu.
In the top right corner of your screen, locate the 'Share' button.
A pop-up form will appear. Enter the email addresses of the recipients you wish to send the drawings to. To send the drawings to multiple emails, separate the addresses by a space
Add a message (optional)
If you select 'Send a copy to myself' a copy of the drawing will also be sent to the email address on file with Matrak
Once you’ve entered all email addresses desired, prepared an optional message and selected whether you'd like a copy sent to yourself, click ‘Send’.
