Managing your mobile push notifications and notification center in Matrak

Matrak's mobile push notifications and notification center allows you to stay up-to-date with real-time information about your materials and projects.

Push notifications provide immediate updates on changes or issues, allowing construction teams to quickly address any problems that arise. This can help to prevent costly delays and keep projects on track.

Matrak's notifications can be customized according to your preferences, allowing you to select the specific notifications that are relevant to your project and role.

Turning on push notifications

When setting up your project or at any time during your build - you have the ability turn on your notifications and select what materials status are relevant to your job that you want to be notified of.

To turn on your push notifications on your mobile device or tablet:

  1. Navigate to the Notifications Center by click the 'notifications' button in the middle of the bottom bar of your screen. This screen is where you'll manage your notifications.

  2. Swipe on the toggle bar in the top right hand corner to turn on notification

  3. Select the filter button that will appear next to it and select any material status you would like to receive notifications for on this project by clicking on the circles on the right side of the screen.

Managing your notification center

Once you set up your notifications, they will appear in here your notification center.

The notification center serves as a centralized hub, keeping track of all your notifications from one place and providing real-time updates and changes to your projects.

  • To remove a notification, swipe left and select the red trash button.

  • To add or remove status notifications, tap on the filter button in the top right corner of the screen. Here, you can choose to receive or not receive notifications for specific statuses

  • To turn off notifications completely, simply swipe the toggle bar in the top right corner of your device off.
