Matrak's QR Code Scanner allows you to scan a QR code to update a material or task status. For quicker scanning updates, you can set a default status when scanning your QR codes.
This means you can simply scan your barcode and it will automatically update the material or task's status to the default one you selected, without needing to tap anything on the screen.
Note: The QR Code Scanner feature is only available on Matrak's mobile application.
Step-by-step instructions to set a default status for quicker material and task updates:
Open the Matrak app and navigate to the scanner tab.
Locate the "Set Status" button on the scanner screen.
Tap the button to access the default status settings.
Within the default status settings, select the desired default status for your scans. This status will be automatically applied when you scan a QR code without needing to tap anything on the screen.
Once you've selected the default status, close the settings and return to the scanner.
Now, when you scan a QR code, the material or task's status will be instantly updated to your chosen default status. This streamlined process saves you time and effort, allowing for seamless scanning updates.
