How to attach photos to records

Add up to 10 photos at a time to any record to share information and visually communicate work

With Matrak, users have the flexibility to upload up to 10 photos at a time directly to record cards, offering enhanced protection for their work and serving as a valuable tool for quality insurance.

This feature also facilitates seamless communication, enabling users to effectively convey information, quality checks, raise concerns, and promptly report any potential risks or issues.

Web application: Step-by-step instructions to add photos to record cards

  1. Log into the Matrak web application and into the correct project

  2. Select a record you wish to add a photo to

  3. Pull up its record card and select the Upload Photo/File button on the bottom left hand corner of the card

  4. Select the photo/s that you wish to attach to this material's record card

  5. Select the save button on the bottom right hand corner of the card to save and attach the photos

Mobile application: Step-by-step instructions to add photos to record cards

  1. Log into the Matrak mobile application and into the correct project

  2. To upload multiple photos, first select any record you wish to add photos to and click the "View/Edit" button on the bottom right hand of your mobile device. Then select the "Photo" tab.

  3. Here you will be able to add photos from your camera roll. Select up to 10 photos at a time to attach to the selected material's record card.

  4. A green tick will appear on the top right corner of the image when it is successfully uploaded

Tip: You don’t need to stay on the same page to wait for photos to be uploaded successfully. Leave this page and use other parts of the app while photos are uploading. As long as the mobile app stays open, all photos will still upload.
