How to set up your My work widget:

Set up one or multiple widgets customised by record types and statuses to easily track, update and manage workloads.

1. Choose Your Focus: When you first add a new My Work widget, it will ask you to select a Record Type and statuses. Once you've selected a Record Type from the dropdown, the following Apply Update dropdown will only show statuses related to the Record Type selected

2. Select Your Status: Next, pick the status that you're in charge of updating from the Update dropdown. There are two update statuses to select here. The first option is the Update from dropdown. which is the status that your Record Type you wish to update currently sits in. The second option is the Update to dropdown, which is the status you wish to update the Record Type to.

For example: If you select "In Transit" as your first option, the widget will display all Facade panels that are currently in transit. Then, in the second dropdown, you can easily update these statuses in bulk, like changing them from "In Transit" to "Arrived on Site."

3. Group your items: You can use the Group By dropdown to group your results by different fields such as floors or room. So you can easily filter and focus on specific areas of focus that you're suppose to be working on. (Max two groupings)

4. Update items in bulk: And if you want to quickly make status updates to your selected Record Type in bulk, hover over the checkboxes on the right hand side of the widget to update all items to the selected status in the Update to dropdown.

Now that your widgets are configured, easily gain a clearer understanding of your work and make updates all from the convenience of your Dashboard.
