The Run Rate Report on your dashboard gives you confidence in your supply chain and hitting project milestones dates. Use the Run Rate Report to keep track of your project's progress and get an instant overview of how your project is progressing against timelines.

In addition to Run Rate Report widgets, you also have the ability to configure the following widgets on your dashboard:

  • My work widgets: here

  • Drawing widgets: here

Dashboard widgets offer immediate access to important information without the need to navigate through multiple menus or screens. Run Rate Reports help you streamline your task management process and enhance productivity with our comprehensive dashboard solution.

How to set up your Run Rate Report widget:

  1. By default, you will already have a blank Run Rate Report widget on your default dashboard. You can always add additional reports by clicking on the 'Customise your Dashboard' button positioned in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select "Run Rate Widget" from the dropdown list that appears.

  2. Configure Run Rate Report: A blank Run Rate Report will appear on your dashboard ready to be configured. You will need to use the 4 filter bars at the top of the widget to create your report:

    a. Select the Record type you'd like to report on

    ​b. Select the Statuses you wish to include in your analysis

    c. Set your desired date range for review

    d. (optional) Filter your report further by filtering by specific fields such as floors, QA results, trade specific tasks and more, providing a more targeted view within the Run Rate widget.

    e. If only one status has been selected, you'll be able to select a target date. This addition generates an average line, offering insight into your progress toward your target

  3. View Your Run Rate Report: Once created, the report will appear on your dashboard, providing you with a concise overview of relevant metrics and statistics.

  4. Reposition Widgets: To organise your dashboard, you can always move your widgets around by simply clicking and dragging them to your preferred location.

Can I set up a Run Rate Report for tasks?

Yes, any record type can be configured for your Run Rate Reports.

Can I rename my Run Rate Report?

Yes, you can rename your reports and any widget on your dashboard by simply double clicking on the current report name.

Can I select a target date with multiple statuses?

You can only set a target date for one status at a time. This is to keep things clear and straightforward for you when you're tracking your project's progress and deadlines. But don't worry—if you need to keep tabs on multiple target dates for different statuses, you can easily add more run rate charts to your dashboard.

Can I create more than one Run Rate Report widget?

Yes, you can create and add as many run rate reports and widgets to your dashboard. Your dashboard is fully customisable so you can add and move around widgets that best suit your needs.

Can I select multiple statuses in one report?

Absolutely! you can select multiple statuses within a single report. As a result, the report will show each status represented by a distinct coloured line. Selecting multiple statuses provides a more comprehensive overview of various statuses within a single view, putting all your status updates in one place for a better picture.
