​Summary widgets provide concise summaries of key metrics and statistics related to specific record types, statuses, or locations. These widgets offer customisation options, visual representations, interactivity, and real-time updates, helping better utilised your Dashboard for better task management and more streamlined workflows.

In addition to Summary widgets, you also have the ability to configure the following widgets on your dashboard:

  • My work widgets: here

  • Run rate report widgets: here

  • Drawing widgets: here

Dashboard widgets offer immediate access to important information without the need to navigate through multiple menus or screens.

How to set up your Summary widgets:

  1. Access Customisation Options: From your Dashboard, locate and click on the 'Customise your Dashboard' button positioned in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Select Summary Widget: In the dropdown list that appears, choose the "Summary Widget" option.

  3. Configure Widget Settings: A pop-up window will prompt you to fill out specific fields related to the summary widget. Customise the widget by selecting the desired record type and statuses from the available options. Once configured, click on "Create Widget" to proceed.

  4. View Your Summary Widget: Once created, the summary widget tailored to the selected record type and statuses will appear on your dashboard, providing you with a concise overview of relevant metrics and statistics.

  5. Reposition Widgets: To organize your dashboard, you can move the widgets around by simply clicking and dragging them to your preferred location.
