Steps to Automatically Import a Packing List

  1. Prepare Your Email: Open your email client and compose a new email.

  2. Attach Your Packing List: Drag and drop your current packing list file into the email. We support both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv) formats. You can attach multiple files if needed.

  3. Send to Matrak: Send your email to [email protected].

Tips for a successful import:

  • File Formats: Ensure your packing lists are in either Excel or CSV format.

  • Multiple Attachments: You can attach as many files as necessary in a single email.

I've Just Emailed my Packing List...Now What Happens Next?


Once your email is sent, Matrak will automatically update the system with the new data. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the import is complete.


If you need to revert any changes, simply click the 'Undo' button in the confirmation email to reverse the import.

Accessing Your Updated Packing List


After completing your import, your updated packing list will be available in your Matrak project workspace, and all team members will have access to the updated information.
